Meriden Probate Judge Brian Mahon has been selected by the Probate Court Administratorís Office to lead the Discovery and Hearing section of the Probate Practice Book Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee was recently created by the Administratorís Office with the express purpose of examining current practices and procedures in the Connecticut Probate Court system. In his capacity as a leader of the Discovery and Hearing section of the Committee, Judge Mahon and a group of lawyers, laymen, and fellow judges will be examining the feasibility of implementing new practices and procedures related to the areas of discovery, evidence, hearings, and appellate procedures in the Connecticut Probate courts.
