The Connecticut Appellate Court released a decision today in the matter of Garden Homes Profit Sharing Trust, L.P. v. Cyr. In that case, attorney Mahon represented a mobile home community which sought to evict a guest for a violation of park rules. At the trial level, the court dismissed the action for jurisdictional reasons. Attorney Mahon represented the park in the appeal and was able to secure a reversal of the trial court’s decision. The matter will be reinstated at the trial court level.
