Colin Mahon has been appointed a Board Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist by the Connecticut Bar Association. Specialists must go through a rigorous screening process that includes peer review; attendance at minimum number of hours of continuing legal education; and passage of a comprehensive one-day examination. |

Michael Quinn was appointed as Meriden's corporation counsel on Monday December 7. He was nominated by newly elected Mayor Kevin Scarpatti and approved by a majority of the Meriden City Council. Michael previously held the position from 2007-2014. |

The Connecticut Appellate Court released a decision today in the summary process matter of Kenosia Commons, Inc. v. DaCosta. Attorney Colin Mahon represented Kenosia Commons at the appellate level and argued that the trial court was wrong in finding in favor of the defendants and not the plaintiff. The Appellate Court agreed with attorney Mahon's arguments and reversed the decision of the trial court. |
