In 2004, Brian Mahon was elected as Judge of Probate for the District of Meriden, Connecticut. He served as the first Vice President of the Probate Judge's Assembly and became President of the Assembly in 2016.
Brian Mahon has retired as probate judge after nearly 14 years of service. He will now devote his time fully to his law practice. He will continue to focus his practice in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, probate, estate planning, and real estate transactions.
