In 2013 we had Colin handle the closing on our new house and there were several issues that had come up (e.g., a lien on the property). In addition, there was an issue with the mortgage company not being ready to close when we needed to move. Colin quickly put together a ‘hold harmless agreement’ that would allow us to essentially rent our home until the closing went through a week later. Through this stressful time, Colin kept us informed, updated, and reassured that everything would work out.
